replacement pump for reef octo skimmer ??

Good morning from beautiful sunny 36 degree Florida . WAAAAA! I'm freezing here. However life goes on but not the pump on my skimmer! I have an older reef Octo INT 200 and I would like to know if I can order a better pump or just get the replacement. Thanks !

so the pump requires an adaptor or such to fit my skimmer model. The output on the original exits from the side . I'll tomorrow. These guys are down the road a bit in Louisiana .

I bought mine used for 80$. Was a steal. He had on it a sicce. No adaptor iirc. Not sure the pump size.

I just replaced my Reef Octo extreme 160 with th Aquatrance 2000s. You need the 3000s.

Also replaced the wedge pipe with a gate valve from coralvue.

Sorry for the late reply Folks, I did get an Aquatrance for skimmers from Coralvue. So The lady told me I didn't need the adaptor kit . she said, "Just mount it sideways". I was rather unsure about this but she was right. it's alot smaller than I thought & works a lot better than the original ,monster, brick pump I had ! Thanks for the link Crabs !
