Replacement reactor sponges

Anybody know where to get some sponge material for making my own replacement gfo and carbon reactor sponges?? Making sure it's reef safe. It'd just a 4" disc with a hole in it.

I've ordered this exact filter media for making reactor disks, and sump prefilter strips. Mine was shipped from China and I had it in about a week.
