Im assuming they may be out of business. I've tried to contact them multiple times to get some acrylic screw replacements that hold down the pump in the skimmer. Never received any replies. Zip ties for now.
You're best bet is to measure in the inner and outer diameter and see if you can find a suitable replacement online.
