I have an Eshopps ADV-200 sump that uses the 7 inch rectangular socks. I can only find them in 200 or 300 micron but would really like to use 100 micron.
Does anyone have any experience with these types of socks and know where to get some 100? Or possibly some way to change over to a different shape that is 100 micron?

I use 200 micron and I think it is the perfect size. I have heard in multiple occasions that 100 micron bags clog way too fast and you may need to replace it everyday if your bio-load is heavy.

And if I can find 100s, I plan on changing them every other day or every 3 days. I just have a lot of small particles still making it to the display and want to do what I can to keep it a little cleaner.

I've had this same sump for 3 years. Never have found 100 micron. Here's a tip that may work for you. I always do it like this to keep my water polished.
Double bag. Yep, use TWO, 200 micron socks, one inside of the other. You'll be surprised at how much gunk the second sock catches.
Take a look at the Eshopps sock holder. It actually has two slots that allow double bagging.
Let me know how that works for you.
