Upgraded to 225 want to reuse my 1 inch flows sensors for my return lines but have to get new unions where do I find replacements can't seem to find them anywhere.

Just use the flanges from any union.

Screw the original threaded part (the part that contains the O ring) onto the end of the flow sensor, then reuse the original collar with a new flange. You may have to sand the circumference of the flange down a bit but it works fine. I've done it with most of my 1" flow sensors.

So have I. I did order the “one inch replacement Unions” from Neptune. Unfortunately though by “Unions” they don’t mean plural, in that they will send a replacement for both unions. They mean “Unions” in the singular sense. After buying three Unions from Neptune (plus shipping), I started using the flange side from regular Sch80 one inch Unions on Amazon.
