Replacing All of Aquascape

My tank is around 3 months old, and I realized I didn't really invest much time into researching aquaspace. I have been unhappy with it, for the past three months. I have a nano tank (Waterbox 10) and saw that they have a Waterbox live rockscape for sale. I currently have:

One colony of Zoas
Frogspawn
GBTA
Two Clowns
Hermit
Mexican Turbo Snail

Would I be able to get rid of all my aquascape, and replace it with the live rock kit that Waterbox offers? I know what I am doing with the aquaspace, but with the current rocks, I just am unable to actually break down some of the rocks and scape it the way that works best.

Unfortunately that's not true live rock and using that will cause a second cycle. You could get it and allow it to cycle in a separate container with flow and temp control (no light), but it would definitely not be advised to swap it in.

Hm yikes. my LFS has live rocks that have been cooking, so I guess I will just try there.

Just did the same thing, but in a 75. What i did was get an el-cheapo petco tank that fit my new scape and let it cycle with ghost feedings n what not for 3 months with a power-head and fluval hob(sponge only and some carbon), then changed out my old scape in chunks. No issues whatsoever using that method. I could have probably changed it all at once but figured better safe than sorry.

You'll probably be happiest with those.

If your going to buy a new tank just to let rocks cycle why not just use that new tank as sump put the cycled rock in the sump and apply the new scape into the display? Once you see the new scape getting algae and the uglies just remove the sump if you no longer want or need it.
That way your not looking at the display tank unhappy waiting on rocks to cycle

I have used water type superglue to bond rocks together with aragonite sand and they were straight out of the tank. So you can change your scape and not kill any bacteria if you want. It took me a total of 30 minutes to do this one.

This is the most clear photo a month or two ago. The most lazy rock scape in the world, instead of just going to my lFS and buying new live rock. I honestly, just might take a hammer an smash the far right one and build it up with reef epoxy for rocks.

Any cyanoacrylate super glues will work on wet stone but you'll probably want the "gel" kind. It's thicker and fills gaps better. I didn't watch the video for mixing in substrate but it should still apply using that method as well : )

Worth noting that it will actually set up faster on wet, so definitely fit it all how you want it before you start gluing.

Water type Super Glue, not the gel. It runs like water. That and aragonite sand. Watch the video. Here is the super glue that I have. The stuff runs like water and mixed with aragonite sand it forms a weld. You do not have to dry your rocks. They could be dripping wet, just pull them out of your tank break one apart if you need to and put sand and the glue on the sand, more sand more glue. Fill in the areas where bonds. You'll never get them apart again. This is the best way to make a rockscape today, hands down.

Yes, that first video I posted I made in about 30 minutes half of it was wet half of it was dry. I made it for a friend of mine whose daughter is starting a tank. She was able to instantly put a pair of clownfish in the tank because the rock came straight from my sump and has been there for years. They had everything they needed for a instant start.

Agree, I not only did a completely new scape but a whole new tank. Cycle in a brute can with an existing piece of rock and some ghost feeding. Swap out rocks in chunks, no issues for me.
