My pump on my atk stopped working or at least thats what I thought. I bought a replacement pump and hooked it up and the ATK is still not working. When the old pump was still connected to the fmm I could hear a clicking noise. That noise is no longer there but the pump does not kick on. Everything that is plugged in to the fmm is working except the pump. Could the FMM need replaced or do I need to delete and reinstall the ATK?

Does the FMM's 24v power adapter have power? If it's plugged into a controllable output, make sure that output is set to Always ON. If you have a multimeter, test that the adapter is producing 24v.

I bpought a new pump and ibcleanednoffbtge sensors and float ball today and it's working as it should now. Verified also the the pump had power as suggested in previous comment. I think my original pump was bad and the clicking noise is the fmm safety shutting off the power to not damage the fmm. I could be totally wrong but no more clicking boise after replacing the pump.
