So guys I was getting tired of replacing and CLEANING the filter socks every 3-4 days a week. Not that I don’t wanted to but after doing this for 4 years I wanted to change it to using Filter floss as with them once the filter floss is used up you just replace the old one with new NO MORE CLEANING. However it wasn’t as easy as it sounds because I wanted to use the existing holes in my sump which were used to hold filter socks. Upon research I came up with this little DIY. All it cost me was a total of $14 dollars for 3 bottles and tie rap. I used the existing rings from my old filter socks so this way the bottles fits perfectly into the existing holes. What do you guys think? For more details on how I made it you can check my YouTube channel where I posted a video about it this morning. Thanks.

Am looking into something like this for my fusion 20 socks, they are not round though.

If they are square or rectangle you can look at the acrylic or plastic vases they can work too. What kind of opening you got where your socks goes in?
