After researching this, I’m surprised at the lack of direction on how to do this. Seems like everyone knows it’s an issue but solutions are hard to come by....... C’mon America!

Odds are it’s that I haven’t searched in the right places.

But anyway, I’m looking to do a remote sump on my WB 6026 for a host of reasons that will derail the actual question. What I’m trying to find are unions, that will screw into the WB bulkhead and that convert to standard sizes. WB says that’s the easiest way to do it.

Does anyone know where to buy the right size Union to fit? Seems like most models have the same sizes.

Anyone solve this issue? My space is tight to get the lines into the wall soconversions are tough and at that, I feel like I’d need new unions from WB with the slips not glued.

Hoping for a miracle here!

Thanks

I did some looking for you and it looks like some people had success ordering metric to standard adapters from this website. The size they used was 32mmx1”. You could measure the outside diameter of your fitting to get the right size.

Yeah I think if I went the adapter way, there are options but ideally I’d like to find the Waterbox unions that are not glued together and put the adapter there. I’m remote plumbing on the same floor and the tank is 36” tall, sump is 21” tall, can’t drop too far down!
