Hi guys

I would like to put some epoxy on my dry rocks while the rocks are in the water... is it doable while tank is running ???

I'm using DD Aquascape ....

yes you can, but its messy. And it will make your skimmer overflow. I would suggest to use only a little at a time, it does lower the oxygen level so keep that in mind and monitor your fishes.

Absolutely doable, give it a go! Do you have any livestock in the tank atm? Keep your parameters in check after adding new rock depending on how much you're planning on adding that is.

Also, you might very well see diatoms all over the new rock if it's not fully cured. You'll be adding some silicates to your tank causing this. Nothing to worry about though, will clear itself up.

Thanks all - should have mentioned, I wont be adding any new rock.. just a very small rejig of what is there.

I do indeed - couple clowns, chromis and filefish and a CUC - I honestly do not have the heart to take out the rock from the water - long story involving having to do it previously to capturee 3 devil chromis.
