I’m not going to label this as an emergency, mainly because I got it for free from my LFS and secondly because I don’t have high hopes. I went to the store to get some food and left with a coral…and an anemone. My tank will be seven months old in march, which I know is young, but I may not even keep this nem. I currently have it in a container with a bubbler floating in my tank. Not ideal, I know, but I don’t have a QT tank and if it dies, I don’t want it to nuke my tank. The anemone was chopped by a powerhead and it’s mouth looks…bad, it’s foot however, looks fine. But overall it looks pretty close to deaths door. Anyway, some input would be nice!

if you can cut them in half to propagate then it ought to survive
Should I? I’m not home right now so I don’t know what condition it is in. If that’s the best way to help it survive then I’ll try it.

Came home to the smell of death, the anemone passed away. I’m just glad it wasn’t in my tank!
