Rescued Yellow Tang Lateral Line Erosion

I rescued this fella few months ago, he has put on weight eating Nori sheets and algae pellets but he’s still not showing significant improvements with the lateral line erosion. Any suggestions for curing him completely?

His colour is way better, fins regrown and he’s nicely plumping up. I’ll start with vitamins immediately, he’s such a lovely fish.
