I just resealed the inside of my 210 Aqueon. I'd like to leak test the aquarium before I re insert and re silicone the dual overflow boxes back into place. Can I dry insert a longer piece of PVC pipe into the bulkeads to prevent the water from leaking out? The tank is on the floor in my garage so I cannot stop the flow from beneath the tank or run it through a sump.

Yes you can use PVC pipe length inserted into the bulkheads. If the bulkheads are threaded, use a threaded adapter on the ends of the PVC pipe. If the bulkheads are slip, you may need to use some Teflon tape on the ends of the PVC pipe to seal.
