SCIENTIFIC NAME - Centropyge resplendents

COMMON NAME - Resplendent Pygmy Angelfish

SIZE - 2.3" (6 clm)

MIN. AQUARIUM SIZE - 30 US Gal (114 L)

FOODS AND FEEDING - Mixed algae fare, sessile invertebrates.

REEF COMPATIBILITY - Very aggressive. May pick at soft corals, large polyped stony
corals, open brain, cup corals, and will eat the feces exuded by
large polyped stony corals and sea Anemones.

CAPTIVE CARE - A well established system is needed with plenty of sessile invertebrates,
algae growth. Minimum 75 gal for a community tank. This species can be
a demon for its size and will be aggressive to Rabbit, Trigger, and other
large fish as well as any other tank mate that is similar in shape, or eating
habits.
