Restarting liverock with H2O2

I have access to 32% hydrogen peroxide. I have some funky liverock I would like to pretty much reset. Would I be safe to dilute the 32% in half and use that to completely clean the rock, or am I just asking for trouble?

I'm not sure how well peroxide strips organic matter, such as dead sponges, coralline, etc.

Perhaps others can chime in on that.

I know bleach will do a good job.

I have always used PLAIN bleach
