I was curious as to why my test colors are coming back like this?

Is this on all test, or one specific? If all then run a stirrer motor test. Make sure it is working, this is my current issue, motor is weak and won't turn. Also, verify you have 2 small stirrer pills in the test chamber. If only on one test then it might be the reagent. Also, double check reagents are in the correct spots.

It’s on my phosphate and nitrate tests. The stirrer works and I also have 2 stirrer pills in the test chamber as required. I also cleaned the rinse chamber and the test chamber per their instructions. Still no color difference

This is today after cleaning the chambers and recalibrating.

Next, I would try using the reagents in your bot to do a manual test with them. See if you get correct results or not.
Might need to sit and watch it as it does the test to see if there is anything noticeable that could be affecting it.

I think I found the issue. I ran a phosphate test and watched it to completion (1hr + ). I noticed that the 10ml syringe was not drawing water into the syringe. So the bot is only testing the reagent minus the tank water (I assume).

Hopefully a syringe and/or needle swap fixes it. Sometimes we just have to watch it to see what is going on. Hard to tell if it is a reagent issue, tank water, no stirrer without seeing. Glad you found it.
