Results of first test!

Yes, it will still cycle. Most of the bacteria we want to grow grows on hard surfaces not in the water column. Do a 25% water change every time the ammonia gets to 1ppm.
One more thing, I see in your posts that your specific gravity is 1.03 and then a couple days later it's 1.021. Big changes in salinity like that will kill most animals. You want to change your salinity slowly, like .001 per day.

Will doing that frequent of water changes inhibit the cycle of bacteria build up and extend the cycling period?
So from person experience with my 300 gal reef. Your should give the fish away and start over correctly. I give then a 20% chance of survival, you might lose one and then what. Try to add another clown later that the first one might kill anyways. Empty your tank and buy a ro/di system. Fill it up and add salt then live rock. Get a few powerheads going. Id go jebao wave makers, more flow the better. Get a bottle of special blend bacteria and dose it how it says. In 2 weeks test your water, if it's good then add to fish. If you go with water changes your going to burn more salt time and effort and have algae problems forever because you didn't use ro in the first place. And like I said your fish will probably die anyways.

I used special blend bacteria when I started but I dont dose anything anymore. I also ran kaldnes k1 biowheels in a fluidized bed since day one.

Dr Tim's will speed it up. I've used it several times and cycled tanks in less than a week. Amazing stuff. Odds are, the clowns will make it, but it certainly isn't the ideal way to go.

Please don't neglect your responsibility to dilute the ammonia poisoned water. It was a mistake I know and maybe a hardy fish might make it, but it is a fact that it is torturing the fish and will damage their gills and will shorten their life span. You're stuck with changing water until you ammonia subsides if you want to keep fish in there.

lol I hope since we are talking about 2 different tanks here that we aren't getting them mixed up.

Well, I'll have to eat that humble flavored pie now. I'm sorry, I did not notice that there was a thread high jacking and I was actually scolding the wrong person. Please accept my apology.
