Hello everyone, thanks for letting me join the group. I at one time had a 40 gal reef set up. Due to life. I broke it down to a 10 gal. Kept my elite rock in the 10 and put the rest in a tub. I am now switching to a 14 biocube. I want to change my rockscaping, using some of the dried pieces. Im looking for thoughts, tips on the best way to do this. While keeping time to a minimum. Thanks for the help!

Put it in a container of saltwater with a powerhead and heater if needed, and let it cure.

Now, if it has a ton of dead matter on it, you can give it a vinegar bath first for a couple days, then rinse very well, then cure. Some use muratic acid if it's really bad...you just have to be very careful with acid.

The longer you can let it cure/soak, the better.

Thank you. Thats pretty much what the LFS said as well. Just figured id check with everyone before making my decision.
