Resurrecting Short tentacle plate coral.

A few months ago I was hit hard by what I believe was brown jelly corals started to disappear over night acan,blasto all my snowflake polyps along with my plate which at the time was splitting into two different pieces. Now the plate has come back to life and seems to have a few small growths on top. What I am wondering is what should I expect to see and happen with this plate now ? Will it fully encase itself with the growth or will it separate from the main plate

Most likely the Fungia will just continue to produce buds. Congrats it's pretty to cool to see this coral come back.

Being that the polyps appear to be in a circular patter, those are all individual plate corals I believe. They should just detach on there own when the time is right. GL.
