I've had a 130D and would say pass at that price unless there is a lot of extra equipment. The original skimmer is marginal and will need upgrade or replacement, if you want a skimmer. You need to make sure the pump(s) have been replaced. It originally came with 2 pumps and Red Sea retrofitted it to a single pump. Look very closely at the glass for scratches, especially on the front corners, those curves can be difficult to clean without the right tool. If you're looking at the tank without the equipment inside realize the skimmer cup will stick up even higher than the plastic rear piece. A search on Ebay shows that somebody makes a cover for the filtration area or you could DIY one. You will most likely want the media basket to replace their sponge and ceramic filtration. I assume it comes with an auto top off? All of these upgrades will add several hundred dollars to the price of the tank. A decent set of lights to hang over it will add significantly to your cost so you can see that $250 is only the tip of the iceberg, as with everything reefing.
With all that said, it's a good tank and I really liked the curved front glass corners. The top made for a good looking tank and covered up a lot of the salt creep. Unless it comes with a lot of upgrades and extra equipment I wouldn't pay more than about $100 for the tank and stand, and would expect some extras at that price, but that's just me. Depending on your location, if you're patient and keep watching, you will most likely find a much better deal.
