Retrofit T5s in canopy stopped working

Im not to electrical smart, and I just moved. Since moving my T5's haven't worked I bumped them when taking the tank down and the lights went off, usually when this happens I have to disconnect the bulbs, and sometimes make sure the metal ends of the wire are touching the metal strip in the sockets. Well I have messed with it for about the past 2 hours and I am not getting anywhere. I am guessing that the bulb is burnt out and since they run in parallel they both arn't working. Would this be correct? Any other ideas of what I might try. Luckily my MH is running so my coral seem to be ok. Any help would be great! I am just confused as to why the bulb would be out if it is, because they arn't that old. Unless bumping it could make it go out. I have always changed my bulbs in the past before having one burn't out so I am not sure if this is the cause.

My guess would be that one of the wires have come loose from a connector. Hope this helps, I just spent a couple hours wiring my halides and T5's into my new canopy.

id say your on the right path with the burny bulb. If all wires look good and connected the yed a burnt bulb would cause this.

Well I think I am going to get some new bulbs, and see if that fixes it. If not, then I will know its the wires, or I guess it could be the ballast, but that would be strange. I will need the bulbs eventually anyways.
