Changes to US based return address
Attention to our US Customers

Due to an external issue with our postal service provider we will no longer be able to receive ICP samples at our Rancho Cucamonga PO Box address. All samples should be shipped to the following address with immediate effect.

Shipments currently in transit will still be handled via a postal re-direct. If you do not receive an email updating the status of your sample within the normal timeframe please immediately contact us on [email protected] so we can assist you.

Thanks @Tim@Triton I just got the email and had a question...

I sent a sample back last week to the PO Box and USPS shows it was delivered on the 17th. I haven't gotten the "Your barcode has been scanned by TRITON-Distributor" email yet. Can you remind me of the "normal timeframe"? I'm happy to take this to PM or email if that's easier. Thanks again!

fyi we were at unique corals last week (the new triton address), and saw a boxfull of everyone's icp tests.

uc said the icp samples go out to germany twice a week.
