Ok I had my tank drilled today and the holes were 1-1/2" fro the drains and it was supposed to be 1" returns.

Well the holes for the returns ended up being 3/4" bulkheads. if I put 3/4" bulkheads in and then up size the return pipe to 1" and dual line loc on the inside should I be ok.

Its a 180 with dual returns dual drains with a few different pumps sizes to choose from. My main question is will the transition from the 1" return pip to the 3/4" bulkhead with 3/4" loc line be ok?

In my opinion, it will be fine. Most end up reducing down to 3/4" to accommodate the loc-line.

There is no 1" loc line anyway, so if you were planning on using it you would have ended up with 3/4" as it is
