Return for waterbox 190.5

So I’m looking into upgrading to a waterbox 190.5 and am looking for a short term return pump, live aquaria recommends 7000lph and waterbox reccomend a vectra m2 which I will go with once the tank is established and I have more money however for the first few months I’d need a cheaper return pump that could be used as a backup down the line.
current idea is a sicce silent 5.0 but that only does 5000lph anyone know if this would be sufficient or have other suggestions?

If you want a temp pump for now that will have enough flow for your tank, look into the Jebao pumps. You can get one on Amazon for a good price, and they work great.

+1 on jebao. not that great of a pump but dead silent and moves water.

They’re just an ok pump. The quality just doesn’t feel there compared to ecotech, reef octo, and Neptune systems. They also don’t move that much water with quite a bit of head space. It’s a good temporary pump but I wouldnt plan on using it long term. I’ve also heard quite a few people that have had them stop working, cook the tank, or the controller die. Not really any big woo’s, I just prefer other equipment

Running a jebao pump on my 190.5 for 10 months so far. It’s a great pump. Quiet and easy to use. I have a vectra on my other tank and honestly the jebao has been just as good

I have been using a Jebao on my 230.6 for almost a year and on my 40b for almost 2 years with NO issues. IMO best pumps dollar for dollar. There are definitely better pumps out there, but why spend 4x more when these get the job done just as well?
