Return Pump Advice

Hey guys,
My wife got me a frag tank for Christmas. Which return pump should I use. It is linked below.

You don’t need much. 2-3x per hour is good enough

That's what I was thinking. I have never done anything this small. I hope I can use pvc. I like to hard plumb.
My overflow might be too small for a durso which I hate.

Do you need to use a wavemaker in a frag tank? or will the flow from return be good enough I am going to get
