Planning for a 3 outlet manifold with 2 going to a biopellet reactor and a phospate reactor with the 3rd on standby. Max head for return is 5ft.

What flow rate should I be aiming for? Likely will be a controllable DC pump and want to keep it below 80% and still achieve optimal flow to run everything.

I’d shoot for 1500-2000 gph max capacity. Your head loss and manifold will likely bring it down to the 500-1000 gph range you’ll want for 3-5x turnover

+1, I only use a 1400, and it’s enough. I’m splitting the return to go thru a UV before back to DT. Every connection will slow your flow. 1800 should be the sweet spot
