Return pump for 180

Looking for suggestions for return pumps for a 180? Doesn’t have to be top of the line, prefer budget.
even a GPH recommendation would be helpful. Sump in stand so no crazy runs to a basement or anything.

I use the aquastation silent swirl in my 120, have had it for 2+ years i think now, no issues, one of the most quiet pumps if not the most quiet pump ive ever owned. It's 3100+ GPH, costs 110 bucks, has some good reviews on here and 390 reviews on amazon. It's a great pump.
Everything has a con though, and for these, it doesnt seem to be the actual pump that goes bad, but more so the controller. I havent had issues other then the plastic finally starting to crack on the up and down buttons. Hard to beat price for performance. I would get 2 for your set up since i personally like to oversize my pumps as in my head i feel they will last longer running at half or 3/4 instead of full blast and for any brand so far it has held up.

i think it would depend on what your overflow could handle and what you want to run though the system
