Return pump for my 18g

Hi all
I have an 18g AIO cvue nano tank, after LR and LS, maybe 12-13g water volume.

My sump return pump is about 165-195GPH, and I have one 240gph pump and one 425gph pump inside tank for flow.

Is this enough overall flow or should I return the 425gph pump and get a stronger return pump like a Syncra 250gph or 358gph?

Today is my last day to return the 425gph pump, so I await your responses...

I have mostly Zoas in tank and hammer and leather.

All corals open up and seem to be doing fine. I am just wondering if more is needed... or how much
