Return pump for waterbox frag 145

Hey

I'm looking at getting a return pump for the waterbox frag 145. I came across "The Great White 3000lph dc return pump and just wondering if that would be suitable?

Tank is 5ft with about 500L volume

Any advice would be great

It might be a little underpowered. I'd probably be inclined to go with a larger pump (5,000 lph).

so i managed to get hold of a second hand ecotech vectra m1 today. However i need the barbs to connect flexi hose for the plumbing.

In Australia i can only find the fittings for the M2 and im guessing these would not fit the M1?
