Return Pump GPH recommendation????

Hi All

Need your help in determining the GPH needed in buying a return pump. So I will explain what I'm setting up. I'm setting up a 3 chamber clownfish breeding tank.

Tank#1 40G breeder separated 3 baffles.
Tank#2 30G Eclipse Acrylic Aquarium drilled (growout tank)

Sump: 40G breeder DIY sump.

fish only 3 pairs of spawning clownfish

The max head will be 4ft -5ft
I might be looking at Jebao DC Pump! I'm more concern what size pump to get. So I appreciate you expert give me your recommendation based on the information I provided. Thanks

Probably because there are only a bazillion other threads on through flow and pump size LOL. Shoot for 5x display flow and use pump flow charts to determine which particular model.

Picked up a Simplicity 1600DC return. I like the 2 year warranty and customer service. Retail $119 and free shipping
After I setup my system in the next couple of weeks I will give you my feedback on this pump.

Go bigger then you think and dialmit back. Adjustable flow is whats nice about DC pumps.
