Not sure if this counts as an emergency, so I won't tag it.

Anyways, just had a major thunderstorm here in NYC, and our power just went out. However, we did have a generator, which fired up within a minute of our lights turned off. However, upon checking the return pump, I found out that the light indicator was on, but the return pump was not working. I've tried unplugging and replugging it, but it still does not work.

The light is on for the first power indicator, but I cannot increase or decrease the power from the dial.
Here, I drew something that might explain it.

Hi,

Sorry for the delay. We’re you able to get the pump going?

Yeah, it's been a day, spent the night working on it. Still, I don't understand why it was locked on the lowest power. I just fully reset the return pump and have to configure it right now.

Glad you got it going. I know all about those days too. :)
