Return pump recommendations: For Artisan 50 G with 0.5" single line "T" return

Any recommendations? How much flow do I need? I run (2) Tunze 6055 as well. Rise is 4'.

Concerns are for first) low noise, second) low heat release, and third) low power consumption.

Hey, I have the Artisan 50 Long from Cadlights. I was using the PSK-600 that came with the tank, then the impeller started to freeze up after a power outrage so I switched pumps, I put in a Quiet One 4000 and absolutely dislike it, It hardly has enough suction to retain a small piece of felt for cleanup. Rev just suggested flowstar, they appear to be strong pumps for sure, maybe too strong for me tho, i'm waiting to find out if they think it's right for me, if so i'm gonna grab it.
