Don't the Reeflos have a design where you have to replace a seal every couple years and if it fails, it leaks like mad? Ive never used one but I wouldn't want one if that was the case.
Also for the Iwaki the 70 might be big enough for you, might need to look at flow charts.
Edit - the 70 at 20 feet of head does 15 gpm, 900 gph. Would be plenty for a 120 IMO. I'd only get the 100 if you want to run a manifold and UV and calcium reactor etc off the return pump as well.
