Have you tried scrubbing the hole out that the impeller goes in and cleaning the impeller. I would use a tooth brush for that. A magnetic field spins the magnet on the impeller shaft sometimes they loses polarity or magnetism. Sometimes the gear that catches the magnet on the shaft breaks and then it won't spin.
Anyways if you get your hands on an impeller you can try to see if it works. Would be cheaper than a new pump..
If you do get a new pump I recommend a reeflo as they are the quietest and most energy efficient and next would be the jebao jecod dct series.
Reeflo has fantastic customer service.
