Return Pump Upgrade for Waterbox Cube 10 Gallon

Anyone have a recommendation to upgrade the return pump on the Waterbox 10 gallon tank. Stock one seems like it has decent flow but it sounds like it is pumping pebbles instead of water.

Waterbox recommends the Sicce Nano but I've seen other people recommend the Silent 0.5 or 1 so I'm not sure what is best.

I've had good luck with a Sicce 0.5 combined with a VCA RFG nozzle.

Sicce Nano should work. Are you also using a powerhead or is the return pump doing the work for flow? I recently switched to a lower powered Ehiem (CompactON 300) so I could adjust the flow WAY down when I wanted to run an attached nano sized UV. But I have a decent powerhead helping out for lost flow.
