Return pump VERY loud

Hi so I set up my tank a few days ago in my bedroom however when trying to sleep the noise was bothering me a ton so yesterday I looked into it and found the skimmer was splashing water seemingly from inside itself so I raised the water level a little then the pump was keeping me up so I tried rotating it and giving it more room to no progress
The pump is a Moray 2300 Powerhead
The tube is a green soft tube about 3cm wide
120L tank 160L if you include sump etc
Does anyone have advice on how to make it quiet?

Is the pump touching any of the sump walls? That can cause vibration and subsequent noise..

Is the pump for the skimmer touching the return pump?

What type of noise is it? Vibration?
