Trying to set up a sump with a overflow box (not yet purchased) are there any pumps with a float switch can be installed in the display tank to prevent flooding? Or dose any one know of a float switch that can be placed in the display tank to go to any pump?

the only one i have found is the VARIOS CONTROLLABLE DC WATER PUMP - REEF OCTOPUS

my main tank is a 6ft long 125 and my sump will be either one or two 20 gallon tall aquariums linked together. ( I have limited space in my cabinet 22 x 16 x 23h)

Thanks!

You could always run one of these. I have one for my skimmer due to travel, and it works great.

That might be a good option, but it dosent turn back on once water level is normalized?

Did you ever find a solution? I'm researching the same question at the moment...

I'm not sure about the OP, but I am not running any controllers on my tank yet.

IF YOU HAD TO TAKE A REEFING EXAM, WOULD YOU PASS?
