Return pump

I'm looking for a return pump for my 120. My drain is 1", return is 3/4. I have a 40 gal sump. My head height is 6ft. I will have other power heads in the tank along with a sea swirl. I think a pump that is around 900 gph would be good. Anyone have one let me know.

Are you looking for an external or to go inside your sump!
