For some odd reason the return section of my sump where my return pump is located is suddenly low? I haven’t touched anything and haven’t messed with anything. Not sure if it’s my ATO not working etc.

If there are no obvious signs of a leak I would check that my auto top off pump hasn't burned out or the float switch is functioning properly. Clean and inspect it regularly. I check mine every Sunday when I do my tank maintenance and water changeI found the issue it was the float switch was somehow stuck, how Can I prevent this from future happening?

I have the Smart ATO, I remove the piece that sits inside the sump and give it a good wiping down.How do you clean yours? I did a quick and efficient way
