Return sump pump for a 75 gallon tank?

i recently just bought a 25 gallon sump and just wondering what type of return pump i will need for it?

The first question I always ask is what size are your drains. Choosing a pump that pumps faster than your drains can drain is very bad.

For a 1in non full siphon drain I would pick a pump rated at no more than 600gph at 0 head. A 1in non full siphon drain cannot handle much more than that without getting really loud.

Well, I guess we also need to know how the overflows are set up. Bean, Herbie? How much head are we talking?
My basement sump has a sicce syncra sdc 9.0. 71% constant. I also do a Herbie on a 75rr with the stock overflows. It's about 360gph.
