Hello, newbie here needing some help with a lighting question. My 75G mixed reef tank has 2 Radion XR15 Pro's combined 4 T5's . I run the T5s for about 8 hrs in the (9-5PM) morning/daytime and then the Radions turn after the T5s shut off. The Radions run from 5PM and start shutting down around 930PM, then they go into Lunar phase until around 1230 AM.
I am using the reverse photosynthesis program between my DT lights and my fuge. My fuge light (Taotronics full spectrum LED 36W) turns on around 11PM and shuts off around 8am. So, there is a one and half hour overlap between the lunar LED phase and the fuge light. I don't know what the intensity of the lunar phase is, but I would assume it is pretty low. Will this overlap cause me problems? Or should I change one of the settings so there is no overlap? Is 9 hrs of light enough for the fuge? I like the lunar phase from an aesthetic point of view.
Thanks,
Steve
