Right now I have my colony in the bottom 1/3 of the tank slightly shaded by a large millie colony. Should I move it higher and out of the shade? It has decent color right now but the density of the pigmentation seems to be lacking, parts of the polyp still have that translucent look to them.

Reverse monsters and pink and gold might be the same thing. They are almost unvincible and are incredibly fast growers! They love high light.

+1. Indestructible and VERY fast growing. Higher light actually brings out the best color

Thanks, I'll definitely move them up. Hopefully they don't become a pest in my reef. I think I might glue down a few small rocks around it, that way if it gets too large I can frag and sell a chunk easily.

Just a heads up, they grow faster than some weed palys I know of. But anyways, they're a gorgeous "weed" paly and if you can keep them isolated on one rock by themselves they will cover it in no time and will definitely shine!
