How about making the floor like egg crate. And if water spills it goes thru the eggcrate to the concrete.

Oh that reminds me. I have a family who is a welder and I'm thinking of having him build a cat walk around the tank so I can work in it easily. It would probably come up to the bottom of the tank. Or I might have one build from wood. Thoughts?

I like the idea of a steel frame . You'd probably want it powder coated for rust prevention. The cost will be more than wood but will last much longer. You might also want to check out composite decking. That's a really good option also.

Axed since I didn't install a drain!

While strolling thru the depot of homes the other day and they had plastic drains that were about ten feet long. They looked like a French drain kinda but at the end it had a plug that u could drain the water out of. I'm sure with some thought u could get like three or four and make it so that u could stand on the French drain platform and if it gets filled up with water remove the plug and drain it somewhere else or hook up a pump to the drain hole and pump it out like a sump pump? Just a thought I didn't see the prices on them cause I didn't really look but it might be to expensive to do. Just a thought tho cause then it's not perminate either just unsnap it and boom concrete floor. They came in black and green. Sorry if I'm rambling for no reason.
