I'm having a little buyers remorse to be honest. It was a BEAST for 7 of us to get to where it needed to go. Then the sheer size of it is just.....

[

rev, I have gone through the same emotions a couple of times since I got my tank. I would sit back and wonder what I had done. Then I thought about how much both me and my wife enjoy the reef. I have found that this feeling disappears as I actively work on the build: from plumbing to wet tests and aquascaping.

I remember then that this is my main hobby and that the pleasure it gives us overcomes the problems and doubts in getting there.

Yah, it can be at times. Just remember, a build is many, many steps. When each one gets complete, there is a sense of satisfaction. I had some apprehension before some steps, but felt great after. Some day you are going to look back and say, well "we did it".

Maybe so but you got 3 beauties to model it for you! [emoji12] It is your dream tank, just take 1 day at a time, it'll be epic!

Just have to get used to "is it wet yet?!" Lol

Awesome Rev!

Those really are some nice pieces! What substrate are you going to go with?

Yea I think so too!

Substrate? I decided to stay with sand and I'll be going with a Tropic Eden sand.

Nice! My friend is using finely crushed coral and it looks pretty nice, so I figured I'd ask.
So where is the sump for this thing? And lighting? I like the equipment side of things

I really like the tropic eden substrate, super clean, cleared up in hours and I didn't bother rinsing it, just ran some filter socks.
