RFA AND REEF ROIDS ??? Need expert help

Hey guys,

Do rock flower anemones eat reef roids? If so can I just broadcast it? Ik i don’t HAVE to feed them as they are photosynthetic but maybe 1-2 of RR a week would be good.

Personally I get a better feeding reaction with PE mysis and meaty foods rather than reef roids with RFAS.

dang so you spot feed each one ? I feed my fish PE mysis; would broadcast feeding be okay ?
