my tank is almosta year and has rock & media from a 2 year plus old tank so I feel decently established, I feed random amounts of reef roids maybe 1-2 times a week and dose 6-10mls of tropic marin all for reef a day, I feel my mushrooms and euphilia are slow to almost none growing but have great extention and color? im thinking on switching to benereef to mitigate the well known reefroid chemistry problems as I have an AIO tank so im limited on export etc,

my question is, is there a better source of input for my corals such as red seas A+B, ive heard people talk about aminos but never really seen an in depth thing about it?

I really like reefroids. I'm feeling that the extension issue is due to a flow issue, something AIO tanks are quite prone to. Can we have a FTS and shots of the euphyllia/shrooms?
