I have lots of these rhodactis. They stay under 16k or so. They do form white bubbles but there not huge. Any idea what there shop name is? Would all blues help color them?

I think they look great as is. Blues may make their vesicles inflate more, but that's still debated. We have a bunch in one of our systems under 10,000k that have huge vesicles. As for color, it depends if you want their true colors or if you just want them to fluoresce more.

they do have a nice green base color when the dusk and dawn settings come on. I like them as is also. And I have them in 3 tanks growing well. Very fast growers for me. I was just playing with the idea of enhancing them a bit.

As long as you don't have other things in the system that can be shocked by the lighting change then you can try it, they're hardy you won't have much to worry about when tweaking it. You'll have to pick which system is your "test" system though and that can be hard. Oh and as for its hype/stage name, I'm not sure, Rhodactis is as far as I get I don't have their exact species down yet.
