Rhodactis and Frogspawn are about to touch.

The mushroom has gotten big fairly fast and the frogspawn has gotten a touch bigger too. When I got them, they were about 3 inches apart. Now they're about an inch apart.

Is it about to be a toxin spitting/tentacle stinging debacle?

Should I move one of them?

I'm assuming the answer is yes.

I would say move one. My Ricordeas can be pretty aggressive.

I've had ricordias smothering every other coral (zoas, acros, hammers) without any problem before. At the same time, I once had a ricordia that was as nasty as a torch- I would either move one or watch carefully.

Thanks for the responses. I'm leaning towards moving the mushroom. I suppose I will let it play out for another week.

I agree. The frogspawn is my first attempt at a coral outside of softies. I think keeping it in the same place with same light/flow will be very beneficial.
