rhodactis dying HELP

My rhodactis has been slowly receding and I came home today and it is dissolving into this brown goo. What is happening?

I would't be concerned about any of the parameters you posted. However in the video there is quite a large number of what appears to be vermetid snails which release mucus nets that are known to irritate corals.

Nothing striking in those parameters. Ime rhodactis are hardy so maybe not params but bacterial/disease. Hopefully someone can assist more

Phosphate a little elevated assuming its an accurate reading. Dip the shroom for a couple of minutes in peroxide and elevate it in the path of moderate light and water flow.
chemipure blue will remove any toxins if present and lower phosphate for you
