I think my rhodactis is getting too much flow, but I'm not sure. I had an on and off issue with my light, and my rhodactis seemed to shrink and turned a pale, almost white color. I got a new light 10 days ago, but the area where I had the rhodactis is now shaded (that's a long story) so I moved him to an area that was better lit. His color has returned, but he seems to be getting blown around even though he is really low in the tank. My understanding is that mushrooms can move, so I'm not sure if I should move him again or if he will move on his own if he doesn't like the area he is in. My phone camera is broken, but it's almost like he is folding over on himself. Should I move him back to the shaded area? He is still on the frag plate, should I maybe try to set him on the sand under the pump where there is less flow but still good lighting?

They only need moderate water flow and lighting plus a little iron and potassium in their water
